Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.

  Drop Off Package

  Attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
